FAQ - How to manage an iFLO® account?

The iFLO® application allows you to edit the following information:

• Update name
• Update email
• Update phone number

1. Open the iFLO® app and select “more” on the bottom right of the screen
2. Then click on "profile" and select "edit" on the top right screen
3. Once you select "edit" you will be able to update the following:
   1. First name
   2. Last name
   3. Email address 
   4. To update your phone number, you will receive an OTP to the phone number currently on the account. Once you enter the OTP in the app, you will have access to update the phone number on the account.
