FAQ - How to set and update the iFLO® device location

Setting the device location occurs during the set up and installation process. You will be asked for the address where your device is located and installed. Please note your iFLO® dispensing schedule is based on your location and geographic region. The accuracy of this information is necessary to optimize iFLO® performance.

To update your location:

  1. Open the iFLO® app and click “locations”
  2. Click on the location your need to edit
  3. Click on "edit location" on the trop right of the screen
  4. Click on "location address" and edit the address
  5. Press save
